Payment & Cancellation Policy

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) plus 5% GST.
Self Contact Retreat
Deposit & Payment
We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person to hold your spot on the retreat. The remaining balance is due 21 days before the retreat start date. Please note that failure to pay the balance by this date may result in loss of your spot and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel more than 21 days before the retreat, you will forfeit your $500 deposit. Cancellations made within the 21-day window before the retreat will incur a $1,000 cancellation fee. If you fail to show up for the retreat without prior notice, all fees paid will be forfeited with no refund.
Rescheduling
For your first rescheduling request made more than 21 days before the retreat, the fee is $250 (subject to availability). If you need to reschedule within the 21-day window, the fee increases to $500. Any additional rescheduling beyond the first will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, meaning you'll forfeit your original deposit and need to pay a new $500 deposit for the rescheduled date.
Individual & Couple's Sessions
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your session date. The balance of payment is due on the day of your arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation at any time for any reason, including illness, emergency, or change of plans, results in forfeiture of your $500 deposit. If you don't show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, all fees paid will be forfeited with no refund.
Rescheduling
If this is your first time rescheduling and you request the change more than 21 days before your session, the rescheduling fee is $250 (subject to availability). However, if you reschedule within 21 days of your session, or if this is your second or subsequent rescheduling request, it will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking—you'll forfeit your $500 deposit and need to pay a new $500 deposit for your new date.
Bringing a Support Person
You are welcome to bring a friend, spouse, parent, sibling, or other loved one as emotional support during your journey. The fee for a support person is $800 for the 3-day stay, which includes accommodations and meals. We can accommodate a maximum of two additional people. Support persons cannot consume 5-MeO-DMT under this arrangement. If your support person decides they'd like to participate with the medicine, they must pay the full participant rate and complete our entire intake process.
Important Terms
All deposits are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, emergency, adverse weather, or change of plans.
If we cancel your retreat or session, you will receive a full refund or can transfer your payment to another date at no charge.
If you are denied service for medical, safety, or behavioral reasons as outlined in our Informed Consent and Release of Liability Agreement, no refund will be provided.
All rescheduled bookings must be used within 12 months of the original booking date, after which they will be forfeited with no refund.
