• Event tickets: if you buy tickets to a soundbath or event, your order details are handled by our ticketing provider (see Third-Party Services).

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Site. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service, under its own privacy policy:

• ImageKit – image delivery.
• Resend – sending email from our forms and comment system.
• ActiveCampaign – newsletter delivery.
• Google reCAPTCHA – spam and bot protection (subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms).
• TicketTailor – event ticketing.
• Google and Facebook – optional one-click sign-in for blog comments, used only if you choose them.

Our blog comments run on Remark42, a comment system we host ourselves. Comment-login email addresses are stored in hashed form. You can ask us to delete your comments and associated data at any time.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
